The home health field needs qualified, compassionate people to care for clients, their families, and communities. Creative Behavioral Solutions focuses on getting you career ready with preparation and skills to impact the high needs community above and beyond. Ready to take the next step toward a career in Community Integration?
Flexibility
With part-time and full-time positions, flexible scheduling is the name of the game. We work with you to customize your schedule so you can go to school, spend time with your kids, or take valuable time off.
Fun
You work hard, and have fun. With this high needs community, when their needs are met, you can relax and leisure. Play video games with the clients and go on outings with the community - have fun while on the job.
Community
Provide for a high needs community. Most of these clients don’t have family so you are their friend and confidante. Develop relationships and get to know your clients. Make them feel at home: cook meals together and spend quality time.
The ANS difference
ANS CBS is not like other group home or Community Integration program. We take the highest needs clients and provide them with personalized care, so they feel nurtured, cared for and paid attention to.
